He decided that purchasing a new floor should not be such an overwhelming process. The store reflects the clean, uncluttered and efficient approach with a sales team that enjoys helping the customer find their ideal floor. We also have design software that allows the customer to see the floor they are considering in their own home before they buy. A digital photo is taken of the space and any one of 1,000's of our products can be placed in the photo so the customer can see the color/texture of the floor with existing wall colors and furnishings.
